These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eMAX Megastore Test website, mobile experience, and any orders placed through them (together, the "Site"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
eMAX Megastore Test ("we", "us", "our") operates an online store selling electronics, appliances, and related accessories within Sri Lanka. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and anyone who places an order through the Site. Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or close an account if we believe it has been used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and specifications accurately. Actual packaging, color, or minor specifications may vary slightly from what is shown. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel free of charge.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors). An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

For prepaid orders, your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully verified.
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery city and may vary by location and order size. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery where possible. You can check the live status of any order at any time via Track Your Order.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which sets out eligibility windows, condition requirements, and how refunds are issued. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored separately in accordance with the warranty terms provided with the product.
You may request cancellation of an order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be handled as a return under our Refund & Return Policy. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
